I can't thank you all enough for all you did to make our move from NY to Hilton Head, SC such a success! We chose Atlas/Bay Shore after meeting with Bob. His professionalism was impressive and we were most comfortable with his guidance planning our move. We had received estimates from three other top moving companies as well and he was the reason we chose Atlas.
The crew that came to pack the house and then move us into storage did a great job and all worked so smoothly and efficiently. Everything went without a hitch. Every contact we've heard from since meeting with Bob has been beyond professional and helpful.
What happened here in Hilton Head yesterday was nothing short of amazing. George and Brandon walked down our block to my house to tell me they didn't think the truck would make the turn at the beginning of the street and were looking at alternatives. The security people in the development were also offering other options as nobody thought this was possible. George walked around, took a look and said he wanted to give it a shot. Security blocked off the road for them. Brandon guided George between street lamps, stop signs, mailboxes and a tree. They got around that corner and backed that truck down the block! I give them so much credit for the effort it took. I attached a video of the tail end of their magic act! After that, they worked tirelessly unloading the truck, assembling furniture and unpacking boxes. I couldn't get them to take a break even to eat something!
