Our move went well and the team that did our unloading was exceptional. They were courteous and very careful with out furniture. Being one man short as one person fit not come to work that day they did an extremely good job and were done very quickly. Thanks for that.

With that being said there is some damage to some of our furniture that I will need to make claims on. We have a brand new couch and 2 leather chairs that have damage and a hutch so far. We will be unpacking over the next few weeks but I don't expect to see damage in packed items. Can you please send me the claim form and instructions to complete. Milton did go over it with me during the delivery.

With a bit of doing, I sought out your name as the CEO but met with less success when trying to reach you by phone. Therefore, I decided to write while all was still fresh in my mind.

As my daughter was planning a move from NYC to Miami and being tied up with her work obligations, I offered my assistance to make the necessary arrangements. In doing so, I obtained estimates from 3 movers and almost immediately narrowed it down to Bay Shore Moving and one other. Although your quote was slightly lower, price was not a factor in my decision making as your competitor agreed to match any quote as long as it was from a major established company and surely Bay Shore Moving met that requirement.

Initially, my immediate instinct was to go with the competition based on the impression left by their estimator and the professionalism in which he presented me with the quotation as well as supplementary materials. However, when I placed a call to Bay Shore Moving to ask some follow up questions I was connected to Michelle. By the time I hung up the phone I was convinced that Bay Shore Moving was the company for me based on Michelle's interest, caring and concern that the move should and would be a pleasant experience. I felt I had someone to talk with if I had an issue or problem vs getting caught up in a corporate nightmare of Voicemail's and dialing prompts. It was 100% because of Michelle that I went with Bay Shore Moving and I felt as a former business owner that you might be interested to know this. From that day until completion of the move las Friday, she did not disappoint one bit and I feel you should be very proud to have her as a member of your team.

All of that being said, our overall experience could not have been better. Whether it was Brenda (terrific) or Jose, all were fantastic and accommodating. The packers couldn't have been nicer and more conscientious and the moving team on both ends led by Danny were absolutely a pleasure. They all made what could have been a stressful experience a most pleasant one and I felt that you should be aware.

I would like to thank Bayshore Moving for the excellent job you did in moving our furniture and home goods.  All the personnel were professional, helpful and caring from initial contact through delivery.  They kept us informed and made our moving experience pleasant and non-stressful.  

My uncle met with the packers / movers at the New York end and was very complimentary of all the men.  My husband and I met with the movers at the Tybee end and they were great!!!   We were especially impressed by Milton, the driver.

We did discover damage to five figurines (four while the movers were here and one additional item later after they had left).  We are still unpacking at this time.  Milton told us to contact Bayshore to find out how to go about making a claim.  Please advise me as to the claim process.

Another move under my belt!  Please send me the weight on the August 1-2 move and the final amount changed to my credit card.  We had so much less than the last time we moved!

I have to say that Pedro is amazing.  He clearly takes this very seriously, strives to satisfy the customer, has a very pleasant and even temperament, thinks ahead to avoid difficulties, and works really well with his team as both a team member and a leader. Pedro is someone who really has leadership and management potential.

In moving, Pedro carefully thought out how the truck was loaded to make unloading easier and better for everyone - especially me, the customer.  Carpets were the last thing in the truck so they were the first out and were placed in each room.  As furniture was unloaded it could be placed exactly in position.  By the end of the day when the team left, every piece of furniture was in position. I must say, Pedro also has an excellent eye for color and placement of furniture and was a tremendous assistance in getting everything right.

The tractor trailer did prove to be a huge challenge at this location.  Pedro foresaw this during loading on Monday, Aug 1, but we were all wrongly assured that it would not be a problem. Eventually, Pedro figured out it out using a bit of ingenuity!

The team with Pedro was excellent.  They moved everything carefully, quickly, and efficiently.  They paid attention to details like ensuring the pleats on the furnuture were straight as they were wrapped.  Everything came through great!

The crew arrived on time Thursday morning, packed quickly and professionally and arrived at our home early the next morning in Bedford New Hampshire. They did a wonderful job of unloading and got everything in place  by early afternoon. All items arrived in perfect condidtion with no damage to the house when leaving the old home or arriving at our new home. 
The move went perfectly which is a credit to you, your organization and the wonderful people who came to our house.

  I have been meaning to write to thank you for the superb job your company did for us. Everything was just so smooth....from the moving day to six days later when our stuff arrived safe and sound. The guys on either end were terrific...friendly and efficient. The driver was really good too (Jose I think was his name). He said he would be here Thursday morning and he was. The way the guys took the time to protect all the floors and the walls before they began was really impressive. The way everything was numbered and color coded was really wonderful....even my husband's favorite baseball bat from childhood arrived with its number on the side. And your fee estimate was high which was really nice since usually the estimate is too low.
  Our new home has 17 steps from the outside to the first level (house is built into a hill) and I felt really badly for the guys. But from start to finish, they never complained, kept on smiling and working and took only one 20 minute break during the 6 hours it took them to unload everything. And then at the end when they took up all the floor coverings and folded every single protective blanket before putting it back into the truck, it all was just incredible. 
  And the cars also arrived as when promised with no scratches. Everybody we dealt with concerning the move was friendly and professional. 
  It really helped to make a very stressful time a little less stressful. Thank you again for a job well done. And I would appreciate it if you could forward my thanks to the 5 guys involved on both ends. Obviously I gave them tips, but I felt that no amount of money would tell them how much I appreciated their attitude and work ethic.
